1Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all courses and programs offered by the Indian School of Digital Marketing (ISDM), including the Online Digital Marketing Course, Prerecorded Courses, and the AI + Digital Marketing Course. By making a payment towards enrollment in any ISDM course, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
2No-Refund Policy
ISDM does not offer refunds on course fees under any circumstances, once payment has been made and enrollment is confirmed.
This applies regardless of attendance, course completion status, satisfaction with the course, change of mind, or any personal or professional circumstances of the learner.
All fees paid towards an ISDM course are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable to another individual or course, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
3Why We Follow This Policy
ISDM commits trainer time, mentorship capacity, and batch resources to every learner from the moment enrollment is confirmed. A strict no-refund policy allows us to keep our programs affordably priced, maintain small, committed batches, and focus fully on the learners who are enrolled — rather than building refund costs into our fees.
4Exceptions — Duplicate / Failed Payments
The only circumstance under which an amount may be returned is a genuine technical error, such as:
- A duplicate payment made for the same course due to a payment gateway or technical glitch.
- An amount deducted from your account without a corresponding successful enrollment being confirmed by ISDM.
Such cases must be reported to our team within 7 days of the transaction, along with valid payment proof, and will be verified before any reversal is processed. This exception applies strictly to payment/technical errors — it is not a general refund provision.
5Batch Rescheduling by ISDM
If ISDM has to reschedule a batch's start date, timing, or trainer due to operational reasons, this is not grounds for a refund. Enrolled learners will be moved to the next available batch or informed of the revised schedule, and continue to retain full access to their course.
6Before You Enroll
Because course fees are non-refundable, we strongly encourage every prospective learner to:
- Speak with an ISDM course counsellor and get all your questions answered.
- Review the course curriculum, format, duration, and fee structure carefully.
- Confirm the course is the right fit for your goals before making payment.
