By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in any course offered by ISDM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment in any ISDM course is confirmed only after the required fee payment (or an agreed installment) has been received and acknowledged by ISDM. ISDM reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any enrollment application at its discretion.
• Verify the information provided by a learner during enrollment.
• Reschedule batch start dates, timings, or trainers due to operational requirements, with prior notice to enrolled learners.

3Fees & Payment

Course fees are as displayed on the website or as communicated by an ISDM counsellor at the time of enrollment, and are payable in full or in the installment structure agreed upon in writing. Fees once quoted may be revised for future batches without affecting learners already enrolled at a confirmed price.

4Refund Policy

By making a payment towards any ISDM course, you acknowledge and agree that the fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required otherwise under applicable law. We encourage all prospective learners to speak with our course counsellor and review course details thoroughly before enrolling.

5Placement Assistance Disclaimer

Where a course includes "Placement Assistance" or a "Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)," this refers to support such as resume building, interview preparation, and introductions to hiring partners. It does not constitute a guarantee of employment, job offer, or income. Final hiring decisions rest solely with the respective hiring companies and depend on the learner's individual performance, skills, and eligibility.

6Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with trainers, mentors, and fellow learners. ISDM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to classes or learning materials, without a refund, in cases of misconduct, harassment, or misuse of course content.

7Intellectual Property

All course material, recorded sessions, presentations, brand assets, and website content are the intellectual property of ISDM and are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial use of enrolled learners. Reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing this material without written permission from ISDM is strictly prohibited.

8Limitation of Liability

ISDM makes reasonable efforts to ensure course content, schedules, and information on this website are accurate and up to date. However, ISDM shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or participation in its courses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
